"Returns and warranty support felt impossible"
I’m still waiting to get this sorted out, and the whole returns and warranty process has been a nightmare. I’ve tried reaching out about my warranty claim, but the replies feel like they’re coming from robots answering emails instead of real people actually trying to help. No clear answers, no real progress, just a lot of waiting and frustration.

"The bag is cute and showed up..."
The bag is cute and showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. But for what I paid, I expected the lining to feel a little nicer. It’s not a bad bag at all, just not the amazing value I was hoping for. Also, the pricing and return/discount policies feel like they have those little loopholes where you miss out if you buy at the wrong time. I’d probably wait for a sale next time

"Delivery was way too slow"
The delivery took much longer than it should have. The tracking barely updated, so I was left guessing when my order would actually show up. For what I paid, I expected a smoother and more reliable shipping experience. Disappointing overall.

"Cute bag, but not sure itll hold up"
I bought a small Mimco bag and it looks really cute, I do like wearing it out. But after just a few weeks the strap already started showing some wear, which was a bit dissapointing. The zips are still working fine tho, no issues there. For the price, I just expected it to feel a little more sturdy

"Ordering was fine, but the site felt a little awkward"
Ordering was mostly okay, nothing terrible or anything, but the site did feel a bit clunky while I was using it. I kind of expected checkout to be quick, and instead it took longer than I thought it would, with a few little moments where I was just waiting or wondering if I missed something. It worked in the end, so that’s good, but the whole process could definitely be smoother.

I was hoping these would be better, but it’s the same issue again, the designs just look cheap and really outdated. Definitely not my style at all.
